PHILOSOPHY

I have come to believe that the healing process is a partnership between patient and physician.  I want to help you more thoroughly understand your condition, and facilitate the most optimal healing process for you.  By re-integrating body, emotions, mind, and spirit, my intention is for you to breathe more deeply, walk your path with grace and ease, and find more meaning & joy in every aspect of living.

THE BODY'S NATURAL WISDOM

Illness and "disease" are the body's way of informing us of imbalances in our system, often signaling the need to identify aspects of our body, mind and spirit that need support and healing.  If symptoms alone are treated or masked, the body's wisdom is ignored and the imbalance usually finds another outlet of expression.  Every symptom or discomfort you have, no matter how unrelated or insignificant it many seem, offers insight towards creating an integrated and effective plan for you.

The following are a sampling of issues that respond well to my approach:

- Easing pain and suffering

- Strengthening immunity and fighting infections

- Alleviating stress, anxiety and depression

- Balancing hormones

- Supporting major life transitions

- Determining the most appropriate foods and supplements

- Regulating digestion, assimilation and elimination

- Supporting recovery from injuries and surgeries

- Relieving allergies and environmental sensitivities

- Facilitating seasonal tune-ups

LIFE PURPOSE AND PASSION

Living our lives with passion and purpose is the ultimate expression of who we truly are.  There are times, at any age, when we need to break down or to "fall apart" before we can come together in a new way.  In the process, we begin to learn the essential balance between yin and yang - between being and doing.  This is the art of living.  By becoming more comfortable in the "in-between space" and opening to the body's natural wisdom, we discover new ways to become whole, vital and alive.
